At OMI Network, our chief aim is to fully enable our clients to reach developmental maturity and leave a legacy that positively shapes, impacts, and advances the culture in which they exist. To that end, our fundamental purpose is to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential by clearly defining their highest needs and facilitating the most efficient channels to meet those needs.

While our highest needs may seem obvious, they are more often than not, improperly defined and ultimately misunderstood. As a result, our trajectory for success is thrown off course, and met with significant internal and external resistance. Clearly understanding these needs from a vertical perspective – whether strictly technological, organizational or individual – is impossible. But by leveraging the collective power of all three, we exponentially improve our knowledge and benchmark for success. Therefore OMI Network’s core focus is on Needs Assessment and Facilitation through a proprietary model that allows our clients to quickly identify true needs, and meet them with expedience. As a micro data curator, we take on this responsibility by creating dynamic data indexes that map out the most direct route to personal and organizational advancement, faster and more efficiently. Our services include consulting and software implementation.
