Thanks to Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church for allowing us to host the event!

𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐜𝐤 and 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐳 led a "Your GPS to Homeownership" workshop in Wilmington. The workshop concluded with an opportunity for attendees to complete their pre-qualification application on-site. Fatima shared, "At the start of the workshop, you can sense the unease people feel about the process. But by the end, they have a solid understanding of what to expect and how they can positively impact the process.
