✨Laundry from start to finish
✨Dishes and kitchen resets
✨Light tidying and organizing
✨Grocery shopping and errands
✨Family meal prep
✨General household support

This opportunity may be a great fit for:

✨ Nannies looking for additional work outside of childcare
✨ Retired professionals who want to remain active
✨ Stay-at-home parents available while their children are in school
✨ Anyone who enjoys helping families feel more organized and supported

We’re looking for individuals who have some flexible availability between 9a.m. and 3p.m. You would not be expected to work that entire timeframe, visits are part-time and scheduled based on your availability and our clients’ needs.

We offer flexible scheduling, a variety of services and meaningful work within the community.

In full mom mode today!

My brave girl made it through her oral surgery and is doing well! This was her first time being under anesthesia, so this mama is incredibly relieved and grateful. Now it’s time for lots of rest, cuddles, and recovery. 💕

The kids are back in school… so why does your to-do list still feel impossible?

It’s 10:00 a.m.

•There are three loads of laundry waiting.
•The Amazon returns are still riding around in your trunk.
•The fridge needs to be restocked.
•You haven’t thought about dinner.
•Someone needs new sneakers.
•The kitchen needs a reset.

And there are about 12 other little things taking up space in your head🌀

Sound familiar?

That’s the mental load and just because the kids are back in school doesn’t mean it disappears.

But what if someone came in for a few hours and simply… handled it?

Such a sweet morning! 📚✨

Today’s Back-to-School Story Time was filled with little ones, wonderful parents, good food, and lots of creativity!

We started the morning with mini pancakes & waffles, assorted muffins, hot coffee for the grown-ups, apple juice and applesauce for the kiddos before settling in for our story.

And these kiddos were ENGAGED! 🙌🏽 They participated, listened, answered questions and they absolutely LOVED decorating their own pencil cases to take home. Seeing all of their little personalities come through in their designs was the best part. 🖍️✏️

And can we talk about the parents?! Such a warm, fun group. It was so nice getting to chat, connect, and spend the morning together.

A huge thank you to Forage Books in KSQ for hosting us and creating such a welcoming space for our families😃

This is exactly the kind of community We Care Concierge loves being a part of—supporting busy families in all the little ways that matter.

Snacks and coffee☕️ will be provided for caregivers. The little ones will hear a reading of 'Kindergarten Gets Ready' by Naomi Danis and then get to decorate their very own pencil case to take home!

This sweet book tells the story of a kindergarten teacher preparing his classroom for the first day of school, and introduces some of the little things new students can look forward to discovering this year. It's sure to get any reader excited for their new adventure!

Wishing all of our University of Delaware & West Chester University students a safe, successful, and amazing school year! 💙💛💜

Over the past few weeks, the We Care Concierge team has helped dozens of college families get move-in ready like unloading, moving belongings, assembling furniture, setting up apartments and dorms, and helping parents tackle those last-minute details before saying goodbye.

And we’re not finished yet! We’ll be continuing college move-ins and furniture assembly through the end of this week📦
