It was so much fun to breathe new life into this ranch. The kitchen was cut off and cramped with a window that was neither beautiful nor useful. (Actually 2 windows...another as a pass-through) We completely remodeled it. Clients needed more storage in master bedroom and a remodeled master bathroom with hopes to gain more counter space and better lighting. And the brown s**g carpet, linoleum, and parquet flooring was bid farewell. Oh, and the brown wood trim throughout too!

This intracoastal waterway home from 1996 needed some serious updating. The view of the water from the kitchen was blocked by a dividing wall. We tore that down and created a large, welcoming peninsula for this homeowner who entertains large crowds multiple times a week. More pics to come of the rest of the transformation: living room, master suite; study; guest areas; children's bedrooms and bathrooms.

I couldn't resist this little sneak preview of this total house remodel. Here is the powder room before and after! Before: yes, that is decoupage of grasses, flowers and butterflies on the walls. A soffit above the mirror housed a fluorescent light too. After: no more soffit! no more decoupage!
