Keto Steak with Garlic Herb Butter and Roasted Asparagus ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿงˆ

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (8-10 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons butter, softened ๐Ÿงˆ
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary ๐ŸŒฟ
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme ๐ŸŒฟ
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed ๐Ÿฅฆ
1 tablespoon olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚

Instructions:

Prep the steak: Let the steaks come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Pat them dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
