Well just a little background on this cake…I detest covering a cake in fondant. The reason being that I don’t have enough experience yet, I don’t like the flavor, and it tests my patience. I make most figures you see out of fondant and gum paste but to cover a cake is another level.

However here is one and it is by no means perfect but it was perfect for a 17yo whom rarely is given a birthday or is celebrated. So although I see frustration on my side, she sheds tears of joy. With time I will improve but to this child it made a memory she will never forget.

This is a two tier white cake with strawberry milkshake icing in the middle covered in buttercream. The cupcakes were strawberry and white with buttercream roses.

Happy Birthday Jackson!! It is always exciting to see what the party theme will be each year. This is a white cake with strawberry icing in the middle covered in buttercream. The Christmas tree, decorations, candy canes, and the grinch were made out of fondant while the wreaths were buttercream. I hope you had an amazing birthday celebrating with your friends and family. 🥳🥳
