At approximately 3:30am CST, we made a routine VLAN addition to a router and one of our switches in cabinet Bi04 Dallas, TX. Immediately, all of our networking went down across all of our cabinets and uplinks which affected a small number of servers. We immediately responded and have a full compliment of engineering and technical staff onsite and handling support requests. A loop was suspected and should have cleared with the cycling of equipment. We have reset all networking to the configuration prior to the incident. Still, the networking has not come fully online as we anticipated so we continue to investigate this issue with top priority. There is no solid ETA at this time but we anticipate that connectivity will be fully restored in the coming hour. Your business is greatly appreciated and we apologize for any problems this has caused you.

Two of our Nodes are impacted with the New Update of CloudLinux CageFS Plugin. Impacted Servers, Oregon Seattle Location and Amsterdam Netherlands Locations.
New CageFS Update broke the account permissions. We are aware of the issue and working as fast as possible to get the issue resolved/
