Thanksgiving morning 5Ks and holiday fun runs all share one deadline nobody can move: race day.

The shirts tend to be the last thing to fall into place, because the design waits on sponsor logos and the sizes wait on registrations. The organizers who stay ahead of it lock the artwork early, order a size spread based on last year's turnout, and add a small top-up once registration closes.

We print shirts in-house, screen printed for the big runs and printed digitally for small ones, so a late top-up doesn't hold up the rest of the order.

Organizing a race or a charity walk this season? Send us the date first.

If you run a small print shop, some jobs walk in the door that your equipment can't run. A ten-foot banner. A mailing to five thousand addresses. A box of shirts for a company picnic.

You don't have to turn them away. We print for other print shops and for marketing firms under your name. You keep the customer and the margin. We run the job on our floor and ship it to you, or straight to your client with nothing of ours on the box.

The same goes for agencies that sell print without owning a press.

Got a job that doesn't fit your equipment? Send it over and we'll quote it.

A roadside sign gets read by people doing forty miles an hour, so it only gets a few words.

This one went up outside Avery's Automotive. The top panel carries the name and the phone number. The panel underneath carries one offer, FREE AC CHECK, in the biggest letters on the whole sign. Blue and yellow on white, set on two posts out front.

Name, number, one offer. Somebody driving past can take in all three without slowing down.

Need a sign for the road out front? We print rigid signs on coroplast, PVC and aluminum composite, sized for where they'll stand.

Most direct mail gets judged on a hunch. The phone rang a little more that week, so it probably worked.

A QR code turns that hunch into a number. Point it at a page only the mailer uses, and every scan is a person who picked up your card and did something about it. Add an offer code or a dedicated phone number for the people who'd rather call, and you can see which neighborhood, which offer and which design did the work.

The code goes into the artwork, so it has to be there before the run, not after.

Planning a mailing this fall? We'll size and place the code so it scans on the first try.

Fall is golf tournament season, and every sponsor who paid for a hole wants to see their name on it.

A tournament usually needs more signage than the organizer plans for: a welcome banner at registration, a sponsor sign on every tee, a banner by the clubhouse, and pin flags if the budget stretches. Every piece carries somebody's logo, so every piece needs a proof, and all of it has to be there the morning of the event.

Send us the sponsor list and logos early and we'll print the whole set together, so the colors match and nothing turns up the day before.

EDDM and a mailing list both put your postcard in a mailbox. They just choose the mailboxes differently.

Every Door Direct Mail goes to every household on the carrier routes you pick. It's the right call when your next customer could live in any house near you, like a restaurant, a salon or a home service company.

A mailing list goes only to the names on it. That's the right call when you already know who you want: past customers, members, donors, or businesses in one industry.

Some campaigns use both, EDDM to reach new neighbors and a list to bring back the people who've already bought from you.

Not sure which one fits your offer? Ask us before anything goes to press.

A trailer spends a lot of its life parked, which makes it one of the biggest signs a business owns.

This one belongs to End of Days Distillery. Black trailer, white graphics, nothing else. Their round wave mark runs big across the side, the name sits right beside it, and one line up the front corner says where it's made. From across a parking lot you can tell whose trailer it is before you can make out any detail.

That's most of what good vehicle graphics come down to: one mark, one name, and enough contrast to carry.

If your trailer or work van is still plain, send us a photo of it and your logo and we'll sketch what it could say.

Company holiday cards have a way of turning into a December afternoon at the conference table with a stack of envelopes and a roll of stamps.

It doesn't have to go that way. We print the cards, address every envelope from your list, and handle the postal prep and the drop, so the only job left for your team is approving the proof. Personal cards work the same way if you'd rather not hand-address a hundred of them this year.

The sooner the design is settled, the more of December you get back, which is why October is the easy month to start.

Send us your list size and we'll quote the whole job, from the card to the mailbox.

Walk into this real estate office and the first thing you see is their own mark.

The orange and navy roofline sits on frosted film across the front-office window, with the company name set underneath in the same two colors, so there's no question whose office you've walked into.

Window graphics are one of the quieter large format jobs. No wind or weather to fight, just glass that has to look right from the door, colors that have to match the brand, and film that goes on flat and straight.

If the first glass your clients see is still bare, send us a photo of it and your logo file.

If your holiday sale starts the Friday after Thanksgiving, your postcard should already be on the kitchen counter by then.

Every Door Direct Mail is built for this. You pick the carrier routes around your store and every household on them gets the card, with no mailing list to buy. What trips people up is the timing. Mail too early and the card's forgotten by the weekend that matters. Mail too late and it lands after the doors have opened.

So work backwards from the sale: the week the card should land, the day it goes to the post office, and the day the artwork has to be approved. For a Black Friday sale, that last date comes sooner than most owners expect.

Send us your sale date and we'll build the mailing schedule from it.
