This will be an interesting change in the family law process. Currently only 7 states still recognize Alienation of Affection cases.

Other debates to consider is what determines cohabitation where the ex does not require to pay alimony any further? Is it 1 week of overnight or 30 days and does it have to be consistent overnights?

Alimony and what actions in a marriage would determine an ex spouse does not have to pay alimony? An affair, domestic violence, physical activity prior to seperation, spouse excessive spending or intoxication or illegal drug use behavior?

I enjoy SCUBA DIVING and the ability to explore the areas in dark waters. Recovery Diving or Underwater Crime Scene Searching is a great service to the Private Investigation service.

Learned of a case in Georgia that would be devastating to PI and the USE of GPS and Surveillance Tools for cases. I find it ridiculous that a person expectation of privacy is on a main highway where everyone can see your vehicle. Second as to surveillance cameras being used to obtain video evidence of on a roadway to view possible child neglect or activity. Never going to make two parties happy in an legal case. However, the evidence for court should be exposed and not hidden from the Judge. Because you think nobody can see your car come or go from a driveway onto the roadway like that is top secret activity and private. Remember these cases are for the purpose of evidence collection and if no evidence is found then nothing to worry about in court. This Judge in Georgia needs to understand that the decision on this case is going to reflect on every child custody case trafficking/abduction/abuse/etc.
