Ordered a couple of Pyrex tubes from them and everyone there was exceptionally helpful. They really do care about their customers. I would highly recommend you choose them if you need any glass tubes made. 10/10

Super thrilled with Greatglas. Ordered a custom sized cylinder for a broke lens on a 50 year old Swedish made boat. I figured I was out of luck. 4 days later I had three of them in my hand and they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Our front post light fell over due it being 75 years old and the bolts in the base rusting through. Of course we now had a broken round glass globe in splinters which happened to match the light on our garage. We contacted Greatglas and ask about a replacement. They told us to send them the whole globe as a sample so they could accurately make a second one. Within a week we had the new and old globe promptly returned and we were delighted.
