Grateful moments like this deserve to be shared.

I’m excited to announce that we’re in West Palm Beach preparing for a major 2026 launch as a T-Mobile Certified Dealer, alongside the rollout of door-to-door teams across the East Coast. This marks one of the first major foundational steps for Umbra Consulting, and it represents far more than expansion. It represents alignment, trust, and years of groundwork coming together.

This milestone didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of strong partnerships, disciplined ex*****on, and a clear vision for building teams and systems the right way. I’m deeply thankful for the people who believed early, the partners who stepped up, and the teams who continue to show up with consistency and purpose.

Leadership is about more than just results; it's about empathy, understanding, and growth.

It's essential to remember that every individual in your team has unique challenges and strengths. While it may be tempting to focus solely on top performers, true leadership involves nurturing the potential of every team member.

Creating a culture of inclusivity and support is crucial. Celebrating the progress and efforts of all team members, not just the high achievers, fosters a sense of belonging and motivation.
