We’re pleased to close out Autism Acceptance Month with the honor of being featured in this week’s azcentral article by Stephanie Innes.

The piece highlights both the challenges neurodivergent jobseekers face—and more importantly, the immense value of creating meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum.

At The Precisionists, Inc. - TPI, we’re honored to work alongside organizations like First Place AZ, Dogtopia & Essential Piece Enterprises—all of whom are driving innovative approaches to neuroinclusive employment in the Phoenix community, and demonstrating that inclusive hiring is a strategic advantage.

While the full article is available to subscribers only, we remain committed to bridging the neurodiversity employment divide—not just during , but every day.

People on the autism spectrum have significantly higher rates of unemployment than the general population. It doesn't have to be that way.

We’re starting the new year with exciting news!

The Precisionists, Inc. - TPI is proud to welcome Jack Markell, former Governor of Delaware, back to TPI’s Advisory Board.

Governor Markell previously served on TPI’s Advisory Board before stepping away in 2022 to serve our country as U.S. Ambassador to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He later served as U.S. Ambassador to Italy (the Italian Republic and the Republic of San Marino) from August 2023 through January 2025.

With his distinguished public service concluded, we are honored to have Ambassador Markell rejoin our Advisory Board. His leadership, global perspective, and longstanding commitment to inclusive employment will be invaluable as we continue advancing our mission to create 10,000 jobs for neurodiverse adults across the United States.

TPI was honored to be featured at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s (NACC) quarterly Talent Solutions Forum. These forums create invaluable opportunities for meaningful dialogue around regional workforce development—highlighting emerging trends, innovative practices, and effective strategies for talent recruitment and retention.

TPI CEO Ernie Dianastasis delivered an informative overview of TPI’s innovative business model to an audience of business, academic and community leaders. He was joined by two of our TPI associates Kurt Jones & Jack Stevenson -- who shared insightful and inspiring perspectives on their career journeys with The Precisionists.

Ernie participated in a panel discussion joined by three executives from our client partners: Tyson Norman, VP & CIO, Caterpillar Financial, Keivan Stassun, Director, Vanderbilt University’s Frist Center for Autism & Innovation, Nicole Tremblett, VP, Information Technology Group, HCA Healthcare. Their testimonials about the strength of our partnerships and the impact TPI’s talented workforce is having within their organizations were truly remarkable!

We appreciate the support of the NACC in providing this forum for TPI and our clients to share the impactful work we are doing! We hope attendees left inspired and will consider partnering with TPI in the future as we work toward our goal of creating 500+ careers for neurodiverse Nashvillians!

We’re grateful to the College Autism Network for this recognition—and to our incredible team and partners who make this work possible.
