If you've ever watched someone else get credit for your idea, this one's for you. The move isn't to react; it's to document and keep going.

Here's what that actually looks like:

-Keep a running "wins folder" in your email. Every time someone compliments your work, a project lands well, or a result comes through, screenshot it and drop it there. Takes 10 seconds.

-Send a recap email after every major contribution. "Just wanted to document what we accomplished on this..." puts your name on the work in writing before anyone else can claim it.

-Share your wins out loud. In your next 1:1, lead with what you delivered that week. You're not bragging; you're just reporting outcomes. There's a difference.
