Please meet our September Employee of the Month, Beth White!
Beth has been a valued member of the team for 20 years. Almost every new hire in those two decades knows Beth, as she's a registered nurse in our Employee Health Department!
Beth is an East Carolina University nursing graduate who began her journey here as a CNA. She says, “Wilson Medical Center is my home away from home. I’ve grown up here as a nurse.” She added that all her favorite memories are because of the people. She loves being part of our team and getting to welcome new employees while caring for the many people who make this organization special.
She also enjoys giving back to her community through her church, the Wilson Recreation Department, and our Employee Engagement Committee.
Beth’s coworkers describe her as someone who consistently goes above and beyond, brings deep clinical knowledge, and is widely respected and liked by her peers. She is approachable, dependable, always willing to help, and genuinely cares about others. Beth has a way of making every person she interacts with feel valued and creating a positive experience wherever she
goes.
