Attention!! Please understand! Trail cams are for inventory and strategy, NOT for timing!! Weather is how you know when to hunt. Patterns change to quickly to RELY on your cams for when to hunt. Many many times I've killed bucks and didn't get photos of them that day.
Cold fronts or before and after a weather system moves through, you need to be in a stand. ( thats what it boils down to)
If crops are harvested, decoys work very well but, if we set you up with plots, you should have plenty of pinches to choose from!
Point being stop relying on your cams for WHEN to hunt. Good hunting is here! Good luck, and please share your fall with us!

( both several years mature)

Which would be your favorite for a screen? After several years of using this stuff, I've learned alot of pros and cons.

My gosh did that go fast! This season was as busy as it gets. We are so thankful for all of you that are clients (new and repeat)!! We cant thank you enough. We cant wait for next spring but we will, because there is no better time then the fall so, make sure to let us know when you're successful, we will bring the beer and the camera and help you celebrate as well! This is the time we wait for all year so we wish you the best of luck and like I've said, if you need help with a particular deer, we will help you with him however long it takes!

If you're reading this and you're not a client, and need some help next season, please reach out and we'd be glad to welcome you into the family. Our goal is simply to increase your success rate on your property and fill it with as much wildlife as we can! We can start with a consultation/farm design if you need or we can build the plan you have, lets do this together and make it happen!

Thank you again!

Jeremy Frigo started out as a client, but over the years he has become a friend. When he first came to me, he wasn’t looking for a magic formula, just another set of eyes and a different perspective on his land. Together, we worked to make his property a place where deer would feel safe, comfortable, and at home. After all, deer don’t recognize property lines or roads; they simply go where they can fill their bellies and trust their surroundings.

What struck me most, though, was Jeremy’s heart. His goal wasn’t about growing 200-inch deer, it was about growing 200 memories. That mindset speaks volumes. True sportsmen are the ones who shape their land not for trophies on the wall, but for moments shared with children, family, and friends. That is the legacy worth chasing, and I can never get enough of it. We'll, this year, they were rewarded with a trophy and memories!

There’s an old saying: “A society grows great when men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” It is a reminder that greatness is measured not by what we keep for ourselves, but by what we leave for those who come after us. If we can pass that kind of thinking on to the next generation, we have done something truly meaningful.

Congratulations, Jeremy and Sydney, on this beautiful buck. This moment, this memory, is exactly why we do what we do.

I love installing these, minus the mosquitos!! These posts are awesome for getting bucks timed as well as taking inventory! And best thing is, if its at a known distance from your stand, you won't need your rangefinder!!

Late planted soybeans!! Obviously there is a window of when you can plant beans but... the later you plant them, the later they will be green. If you drive around and look at the bean fields, most all are starting to dry. That means the deer won't be eating them again until the beans are dry. So if your goal is to kill a buck in the first 2-3 weeks of season, try planting your beans a few weeks after the farmers. Im fully aware that you may miss some rains. In fact each year usually gets one of those massive rains that alot of times will wash a plot out. If your goal is to kill bucks during late October or November cold fronts, plant them as early as you'd like. But if its a chance at a velvet buck or that early season because you have other hunts to go on... try planting your beans late.
I took this photo this afternoon, 9/14/25

Whats the difference between ordinary and extraordinary??? That little extra! This was a farm I designed that paid off immediately. Several bucks were killed and everyone read the script. We use crops to manipulate movement. We incorporate access as well strategy. Early season, we can harvest, mid season, we can harvest and late season we can harvest! Any time of the season, we can highly increase your odds!
