Sweet natured, very active playful high energy dog. Likes other dogs who let him take the lead on running and flipping over. Very affectionate sole. Looks cattle dog mix. He was abandoned by owner. Owner moved out left him in fenced yard, he got out, running Miller Road in traffic, came to a lady who told us his story.

Wilson County NC - Important Notice to Followers: The dogs in this facility are receiving proper care, including regular veterinary check-ups, fresh food, clean water, clean kennels, daily turnouts, and access to an indoor facility with AC and heat. Volunteers are attending to their needs, and crates are only used temporarily for training or cleaning purposes. All dogs are fully vetted. An elderly Dog Mom, over 80 years old, provides love and care to the dogs daily, whispering encouragement about their future forever homes. Unfortunately, malicious attacks on the facility and its caregivers have caused chaos, pain, and withdrawal of adoption rescues. Such actions have slowed down the transfer and transport of dogs. It is essential to understand that this is a no-kill shelter, and the owners, in their 80s and poor health, have dedicated their lives to helping abandoned and abused dogs. Volunteers and reputable rescues are involved in assisting the facility. The owners use their retirement funds to support the dogs, with minimal donations. We hope this information will lead to apologies for the harm caused to the dogs, owners, and caregivers. Please note that fact-checks are crucial, and the facility was not contacted prior to negative posts.
