Most contractors build the schedule around the weather.

D&T builds the schedule around the work and that is why winter does not slow the site down.

Every phase is planned early, sequenced correctly, and pushed while conditions are on our side. That means when the rain shows up and other jobs start waiting, D&T is already positioned to keep moving.

It is not about working harder for the camera. It is about thinking ahead, owning the plan, and putting the right people and equipment in the right place before the job gets difficult.

That preparation is what keeps momentum through winter and gives our clients a project that stays ahead long before spring arrives. That separates a plan from real daily production.
