As Women in Construction Week comes to an end, we would like to take a moment to spotlight the lady who helps keep everything running here at A&H Site Maintenance, the one and only Vickie Oliver.

While Hayden is often the one in the excavator bringing projects to life, Vickie is the one making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

She manages our social media pages, keeps our website active and updated, answers phone calls, emails, Facebook messages, and makes sure every customer gets the attention they deserve.

Vickie also handles scheduling, invoicing, payroll, and estimating jobs. When Hayden is busy on a project, she’s often the one meeting with customers, walking properties, and helping design patios and outdoor spaces to turn their visions into reality. She’s probably the one that you talk to the most until Hayden is on site.

From helping plan projects to keeping the business organized day to day, she plays a huge role in making A&H what it is. Every once in a while you’ll even see her out on the job site helping wherever she’s needed.

But one of her most important roles is being the Mom to the next generation of A&H, raising the little guy who might just be running this company one day. She even make sure that he comes out to at least one job site a week.

A&H Site Maintenance wouldn’t be what it is today without her dedication, heart, and hard work. Chances are if you’ve called, messaged, or planned a project with A&H, you’ve probably talked with Vickie. Feel free to say hello in the comments! 👋

Meet the Owner, Hayden Oliver 👷‍♂️

The one who had the vision… and made it become reality. This is our 7th year in business with A&H Site Maintenance, but Hayden has been doing this line of work for an over a decade.

What started as experience working in the field turned into a dream. That dream turned into a company built on hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way.

You will never find someone with the attention to detail that he has. The patio designs he comes up with are second to none. The grading, preparation, base work, and drainage are not overlooked by him. Every detail matters.

We don’t believe in bare minimum work. We don’t cut corners. We don’t rush prep just to get to the “pretty” part. We take the extra steps and the initiative to make sure the base materials are correct, the foundation is solid, and that the job is done right the first time.

Why? Because we don’t want you calling us back for the same job. We want you calling us back for the next project or for your family member or friend.

When you hire A&H, you’re not just hiring someone to do a job. You’re building a relationship. From the day we meet our customers, we take care of them and many of them become lifelong friends. You’re hiring a company whose owner instilled in all of us that our customers truly come first, their ideas are brought to reality, and they are taken care of every step of the way. That right there is the A&H specialty.

As much as he loves being the owner, his favorite place will always be in the seat of his machines. Also it’s true, ladies… the Tonka phase never leaves them, no matter what they say! 🤣
