This week's spotlight is on Marina Doherty of L.J Gagne Landscaping and Excavation and Roosevelt Trail Nursery & Garden Center!

Between coaching t-ball, leading cub scouts, and homeschooling two kids, Marina and her husband TJ also run both a L.J Gagne Landscaping and Excavation AND Roosevelt Trail Garden Center out of Windham. They bought LJ Gagne in August 2022, celebrating FOUR YEARS this week!

Marina recently stepped into the designer role at L.J Gagne, specializing in helping people put the right plant in the right place; soil conditions, drainage, sunlight, root space, Marina thinks through all of it.

They service a one-hour radius of Windham for residential and commercial projects. A great referral is a new homeowner with a blank slate, a commercial property manager looking to upgrade the exterior, multi-property owner, Condo Association, HOA, or anyone near a body of water who wants to landscape without getting fined.

Three months in and the voltage keeps climbing at BNI Energy!

This last month we officially welcomed three new members to the chapter: Miller Nticegwa of ProLine Cleaning Solutions, Rebekah Roy of Heritage Advisory & Tax, and Ryan Tuttle of Prudential Advisors. Referrals are moving, relationships are being built, and this group keeps showing up for each other every single Tuesday.

This week's spotlight is on Rilynn Najim of Coastal Recovery Partners!

Rilynn is the co-founder and executive director of Coastal Recovery Partners, a trauma-informed intensive outpatient program in South Portland helping adults reclaim their lives from substance use disorder.

What makes Coastal Recovery Partners different is pretty simple. They get that telling someone to take 30 days off work, leave their family, and go into residential treatment is a massive ask. They built something around real life instead. Their intensive outpatient program runs four evenings a week, three hours a day, so clients can still work, still be home for their kids, and still get real clinical support. Group therapy, individual therapy, access to a medical provider. All of it.

They also offer virtual IOP for people who can't leave the house, and individual therapy for those who need a smaller first step. The idea is always the same. Meet people where they are and get them connected to the right level of care.

A great referral for Rilynn is a manager or employer who notices an employee starting to struggle, a family member watching someone they love fight this alone, or anyone in healthcare, social work, or DHS who works with people in these situations every day.
