☀️🌊 CCDAC Summer Bash at Cottonwood Lake! 🌊☀️

On Monday, our CCDAC family gathered at Cottonwood Lake for an unforgettable Summer Bash filled with sunshine, smiles, and great memories! 💙

Everyone enjoyed a fun-filled day playing yard games, exploring the playground, relaxing by the lake, showing off colorful face paint, and spending quality time with friends. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and laughter as everyone came together to celebrate summer.

A special thank you to our incredible staff for helping make the day such a success. Your care, dedication, and enthusiasm helped create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for everyone.

We're grateful for opportunities like these to build friendships, enjoy the outdoors, and create lasting memories together. We can't wait for our next adventure!

🎉 Cottonwood County DAC Celebrates 60 Years at Riverfest! 🎉

What a wonderful day of creativity, community, and celebration as the Cottonwood County DAC prepared for and participated in the Riverfest Parade!

Our individuals and staff spent time creating colorful decorations, painting handprints, designing signs, and adding personal touches to help showcase our pride. The excitement and teamwork shined through every step of the process.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 60 years of serving and supporting individuals in Cottonwood County and Southwest Minnesota. For six decades, we've been building opportunities, fostering independence, and creating lasting connections within our communities.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped decorate, participate, and cheer us on during the parade. Seeing our group come together to celebrate this milestone made the day even more special.

Here's to 60 years of making a difference—and many more memories to come! 💚💛

🚶‍♀️🌟 Last Wednesday, our participants had a wonderful time participating in the Windom Area Health Wellness Walk! 🌟🚶‍♂️

This weekly wellness program gives individuals the opportunity to stay active, improve strength and balance, and connect with friends in a fun and supportive environment. Everyone enjoyed getting moving and challenging themselves while encouraging one another along the way.

We appreciate Windom Area Health for providing this opportunity to promote healthy lifestyles and community inclusion. Our participants always look forward to Wellness Walk days!
