😂📋 The Day Rita Ran the Office (and Nobody Was Ready) 📋😂
Rhonda was out of the office… and that’s all it took.
Rita stepped in as acting boss and immediately understood the assignment: run everything. She rolled up to the desk, leaned back like a CEO, and within minutes was making “executive decisions” left and right.
At one point she goes, “Alright… we need to make some cuts.”
Everyone froze. 😳
Next thing you know, she’s pointing around the room like she’s on a reality show:
“You’re good… you’re good… hmm… we’ll talk.”
No hesitation. No paperwork. Just vibes.
BUT—plot twist—right after her “restructuring phase,” Rita opened the floor for staff complaints like a true leader.
“Okay, what’s bothering everybody?”
And the floodgates opened:
“Too much paperwork!”
“The phones never stop!”
“We deserve better snacks!”
Rita sat there nodding like, yes, yes, I hear you, occasionally throwing in a very official, “Noted.”
At one point it honestly felt like she might solve every problem in the building… right after handing out imaginary pink slips.
By the end of the day:
Half the staff had been “fired” (don’t worry… unofficially 😂)
All the complaints had been heard
And Rita was still sitting there like, “I think I did a great job.”
Rhonda leaves for one day and comes back to… whatever this was.
Moral of the story: never underestimate Rita with access to the boss’s desk.
