We had our first dissatisfied customer this week. We made it right with him financially and wished him good luck. Just as a follow up we went to see where we could have improved. Quite frankly I hope all of our customers are this disappointed! When it's just about the money there's not much you can do to help. Thankfully most hunters are honest people!
