Excited to start a new cohort of the Hartford Community Health Leaders Program.

The 2025 cohort has started to meet. These are 15 amazing community memeber that are giving of their time and talents to serve their community. I can’t wait to see what this cohort brings to life.

Specially through difficult times, keep your eyes open to the helpers in the community. Reminds us we are not alone and that our efforts make a positive impact. Toguether we are strong, together we have power, together we can make positive changes.
