A huge thank you to Lorez Bailey for such a powerful conversation on Visibility with Integrity.

Your message reminded us that visibility isn’t about being the loudest in the room—it’s about showing up authentically, leading with purpose, and trusting our voice.

This community continues to be such a welcoming space where women can come exactly as they are—to connect, collaborate, network, learn, and support one another.

Yesterday we had the honor of celebrating three incredible women as finalists for our Catalyst for Change Award 💫

This decision was not easy—each of these women is creating real, meaningful impact in our community.

✨ Sierra Dator – Wise Girl Workshops

Creating intentional spaces for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Her work supports deep personal growth, courage, and authenticity.

✨ Hillary Richards – She Can Club
Building a powerful community where women are encouraged to step into their voice, confidence, and potential—and actually take action toward it.

✨ Amanda Kitchens – Our Village Closet
Supporting youth and families impacted by foster care by providing essentials with dignity and care. What started as a grassroots effort now serves nearly 1,000 local youth each year.

Lauren combines evidence-based medicine with a holistic approach to support women through hormonal shifts, menstrual and reproductive health concerns, and the transitions of perimenopause and menopause—while promoting overall wellness and balance.

Services include comprehensive telehealth consultations, personalized care plans, lab review, and guidance on lifestyle and nutrition. When appropriate, treatment may also include medications such as hormone therapy, always tailored to each individual’s needs.

Julie Montgomery is a Sales Associate with Trellus, an online marketplace and same-day delivery service exclusively supporting locally owned businesses in Sonoma County.

Often described as “Amazon for local,” Trellus features products from small businesses throughout the region—delivered the same day—making it easier than ever for the community to shop local.

Through her work with Trellus, Julie is passionate about helping preserve the unique character of Sonoma County by connecting small businesses with new customers and increased sales. As a former small business owner, she understands firsthand the challenges of today’s market and is dedicated to helping local entrepreneurs not just survive, but thrive.

Her work has been featured in Vanity Fair, The New York Times, and Southern Bride, and includes high-profile celebrity weddings. Christina is passionate about sourcing locally and capturing the natural beauty and romance of Wine Country in every design.

Julie specializes in “Build Your Own Bouquet Bars,” a unique and memorable activity perfect for events, celebrations, and gatherings. Guests get to design their own custom bouquet to take home—creating not just something beautiful, but a shared experience they’ll remember.

With a passion for collaboration, Julie brings people together through hands-on, joyful moments that add a special touch to any home or event.
