We're proud to recognize Bob Lenzendorf and Mike Meyer as Bell's 2025 Employees of the Year.
Bob was chosen for his commitment to consistently go above and beyond. He's been with the company since 1997, where he started as a packer, and now as a Shipping Inventory Coordinator, he continues to be instrumental to our success.
Mike was chosen because of the trust and respect he earns from his coworkers every day. Known for being hard-working, dependable, and productive, Mike has been described as an "uncle" who you can always rely on. His attention to detail prevented a serious quality issue, and we're lucky to have him on our team.
