Storm chances in the forecast this weekend. 🤞🤞 for some much needed rain!! Here is a useful tip for if you lose power or experience any issues during a Storm. Just power cycle your router with the instructions below. If you are still experiencing issues after allowing 10 minutes for service to restore our 24 hour tech support line is 940-423-2525.

5/7/2026 at 11:20am Comcell Community Telephone is currently experiencing a broad network congestion issue, with all customers currently being affected. One of our major carriers has experienced an issue that they are working to diagnose. Our backup network immediately began to route all traffic. This alternative network path is running at full capacity to try and accommodate all our customers. Some customers might have Internet with slow speeds. Others might be completely down. Crews are working as fast as possible to restore full services.
