Meet the Team Monday 🔧

This week we're introducing Lindsey Sawyer, one of our talented Program Managers!

Lindsey has been a valued member of Team Galaxy for 21 years. Throughout her career, she has helped develop cost and schedule estimates, coordinate customer requirements, and support operations throughout the life of a program.

What Lindsey enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to work with the people around her every day. She says, "Hands down, the people. I am surrounded by hard working, amazing people, both in our shop and with our customers."

Outside of work, Lindsey stays busy with her four children. Between sports and spending time outdoors, there's never a dull moment for her family.

Her advice for anyone considering a career in manufacturing is:

"Sometimes you have to create your own opportunities. Never stop challenging yourself and always take the opportunity to learn something new. Surround yourself with people who know more than you and never stop learning!"

Meet the Team Monday 🔧
This week we're introducing Jonathan Krusemark, one of our talented CNC Programmers!

Jonathan has been with Galaxy Technologies for almost two years. He joined Galaxy as a Machinist and has since transitioned into his current role as a CNC Programmer, where he creates programs for our 3 axis and 5 axis CNC machines.

What Jonathan enjoys most about working at Galaxy is the trust and investment the company places in its people. He appreciates being given the opportunity to learn a new role and the support he's received from the team along the way.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys reading, hiking, writing, and spending time outdoors. He especially enjoys books that explore big ideas and values opportunities to continue learning.

His advice for anyone considering a career in manufacturing is:
"Respect leadership and support those guiding your team. Stay open minded and adaptable, readily accepting that there are multiple, and sometimes better, ways to achieve your goals."
