To all of our new AND consistent customers — THANK YOU! We truly have some of the best customers and we appreciate every single order and all the support you continue to show our little business!
We also want to give a friendly reminder about our policy when it comes to custom orders, especially customer-provided items and last-minute orders.
We wish every single order could come out perfect every single time — trust us, that would save BOTH of us some money! 😂 But unfortunately, mistakes can happen. Machines mess up, thread breaks, items shift… it’s simply part of the custom business.
We will ALWAYS do our very best to make things right when we canbut please remember that we cannot guarantee or replace items that are provided by the customer.
