The study outlines an after-tax NPV of $375 million and an IRR of 39% at $3,600/oz gold. At a higher gold price of $4,618/oz, the project's NPV increases to $609 million, with an IRR of 55%, highlighting the project’s leverage to gold prices.

Our CEO, Rachel Goldman, recently presented at Mining Forum Americas 2026 in Colorado Springs, providing an update on the latest progress across our U.S. gold portfolio.

At Grassy Mountain, we expect to receive final Oregon state permits before year-end as we advance the engineering and financing work required to move the project toward construction.

At Sleeper, our recent Initial Assessment outlined a 17-year mine life. Planned drilling will evaluate additional sources of surface material and help inform the project’s next study phase.

Another U.S. gold project moved through federal permitting in August.

The Bureau of Land Management approved the South Railroad gold-silver project in Nevada, a project included under the FAST-41 framework.

Grassy Mountain was also included under FAST-41 and received its federal Record of Decision earlier this year. Different project. Different state. But the broader signal matters: major U.S. mineral projects are moving through the federal permitting process, and Grassy Mountain has already cleared that stage.
