Today marked our very first Marketing Mix & Mingle & while SEVERAL groups had to cancel this morning, (be sure to take your vitamin-c, everyone is getting sick this week 🙏🏻) our smaller crowd made the most of it - building genuine connections & sharing meaningful conversations. Sometimes the best things start small & we are just getting started! 🌿

A huge thank you to Chaileys for the delicious loaded potato soup, Diamond B Farms Sourdough for the incredible cookies & muffins (they were a HUGE hit!), Rachael for setting up & especially to Havens for opening their space for us on their day off. ✨ ETX Networking Branch is Here! ✨

Hi, I’m April B. — Managing Member/Owner of ETX Networking Branch, your biggest business cheerleader, connector, & firm believer that relationships build stronger businesses than transactions ever will.

I’m a proud mama to two amazing humans & two fur babies. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, cooking outside, fishing, creating things, or gathered around a good bonfire.

My journey started with 10 years working from home, running my online boutique, creating handmade goods, & collaborating with fellow mom-makers. While I loved the creativity, I deeply missed being part of real, in-person communities — humans, not just screens.

That calling led me to a Chamber of Commerce, where I grew membership from 13 to 191 businesses in only 10 months. That experience shaped me into the queen of “I know a guy for that” — and honestly, I wear that crown proudly!

I thought I’d take some time off as I branched into something that fit my energetic personality better, but instead found myself immediately stepping into marketing & social media management for local businesses. Then came the sleepless nights — the ones fueled by a simple but powerful thought:

I can do more. I can help more. Businesses need better connections.

So I took everything I’ve learned — online sales, marketing, collaboration, community involvement, simply listened to business owners express where they need help — and built something different.
