Dependable Dock & Door is looking for a technician’s helper/apprentice for the Winston Salem or King area. We offer good pay with above average cost of living increases each year. An aptitude for technical skills is a plus. Pay is dependent on your skill set. Clean driving record is important. Our industry is pretty much recession proof and we always have plenty of work. Dependable Dock & Door is now taking applications for a helpers position and a warehouse assistant. The helper position would be working on a service/install truck and would involve assiting lead techs in the daily duties of installing and servicing garage doors, high speed doors, and loading dock equipment. Welding and electrical knowledge is helpful, but we will train this person. This job requires a valid driver's license and must be able to pass a drug screen.
The assistant warehouse person would be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and organization in the warehouse and the outside staorage area. This position would also assist in getting material together for installs and possibly assist in some serrvice calls at the local level.
