Pride is a roadblock to personal progress, good leadership, and positive team building.

A lot of people may think that having humility makes them weak, but it just simply means that you’re thinking of yourself less so that you can value to others and lead them well. Plus, people like working with leaders who have those characteristics!

Always remember that pride is a weakness, but humility isn’t.

Improvement demands a commitment to grow long after the mood in which it was made has passed. Peter Lowe once told me, "The most common trait I have found in successful people is that they conquered the temptation to give up."

Leaders: if we want to succeed in getting out of our comfort zone so that we can improve, we can’t let our feelings overwhelm us or keep us from performing well. Not being controlled by our feelings means that we can face our fears, get out of our comfort zone, and try new things!

Life can often feel like a 🌪️whirlwind🌪️ of tasks and to-dos. But amidst all the hustle, it's crucial that you stay connected to your core values, your dreams and your passions.

Remember, it's not about being busy, but about being productive in what truly matters to you.

So, take a second to ask yourself what's really important, and then muster the wisdom and courage to shape your life around that. It's not always an easy path, but it's the one that leads to genuine fulfillment and happiness.

Be brave. Be wise. And most importantly, be true to yourself.
