80% of companies have increased their efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion since 2019 but only 15% of designers are LGBTQ+ and only 3% of designers are Black. We are here to change that.

We launched our company last year, because we witnessed first hand the dangerous disservice that happens when your design team doesn’t reflect the people you serve. As you consider your brand design strategies this year, we urge you to make choices that align with your mission and vision.
