First time using the Pampered Chef Ceramic Egg Cooker. I made 2 eggs with salt, pepper and cheese. I kept it simple since it was my first time. One minute and 20 seconds in the microwave is all it took! Pretty impressed. Next time I'll add some veggies and make it an omelette. (It can also make oatmeal too).

**Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo**

Made with homemade Alfredo sauce in my new Pampered Chef, Deluxe Cooking Blender. Know what's in your food. No ingredients you can't read, no preservatives!

Both of my kids had seconds!

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Season to taste, I used a mix of Italian seasonings, garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 box of pasta of choice, I used bowtie/farfalle
1/2 bag frozen broccoli or one head fresh broccoli
Alfredo Sauce: 2 cups milk, salt & pepper to taste, 1/4 cup flour, 3 tbsps butter, 4oz Parmesan cheese, bit of onion & garlic powder

Sauté seasoned chicken
Boil pasta
Boil broccoli
Combine all
Add Alfredo sauce (made in cooking blender)

Trying out my new Deluxe Cooking Blender (that I earned for FREE as a new Pampered Chef consultant)! I love it already. Check out my Salted Caramel Milkshakes with and without whipped cream on top. Of course the kids loved them!

1.5 L vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsps caramel sauce
20 mini pretzels
1/4 tsp salt
Whipped cream (optional)
