Such a privilege to return to Sumner Memorial High School — my alma mater — to deliver Lobstering & Leadership: Practical Strategies for Transformational Leaders. 🦞

It was wonderful to see the beautiful new facility, reconnect with familiar faces, and engage with students on what leadership really looks like in action.

This talk is all about showing students that leadership isn’t reserved for titles — through small daily actions, each of us can take on leadership roles in our schools, teams, and communities to make the world a little better every day.

Once upon a time, I was just a kid with big dreams of making the world a better place.

Now, I’m living that dream—but it never would’ve been possible without a few incredible high school teachers who taught me to think big, be creative, and challenge the status quo.

That’s why I’m incredibly honored to be returning to Sumner Memorial High School on May 30th as a guest speaker.
