GEN Z IS NOT WAITING TO BE HIRED! THEY ARE BUILDING THEIR OWN BUSINESSES ACROSS THE COUNTRY! I AM HERE TO HELP!

I know a Gen Z who started a property management company in Tennessee. He was excited, aggressive, and has a promising future! After a few conversations with him, I noticed there were some things he was not familiar with and after a few weeks of conversations he was able to reach across the generational barrier and earn more clients.

According to The Cameron Journal (May 22, 2025) “They’ve watched the myth of job security crack under the weight of layoffs and burnout. For them, the real risk is staying bored or stuck.
