Cevich Central is a highly-rated Peruvian restaurant known for its authentic and flavorful dishes, with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Praise the quality of the ceviche and other Peruvian staples like Lomo Saltado and ceviche . The ambiance is often described as cozy and suitable for a date night.
We came for a family lunch. You can definitely tell the difference after this location was acquired by Rocio and Pablo. Their dedication to this turn over (this place was an old Mares restaurant) has been nothing but delightful. The detail in the menu, glasses, plates is outstanding. You literally are eating on one of kind dinnerware. Including stone, custom plates and glassware. Comfortable seats and plump booths.
The menu does have a •Winter Park• pricing, yet it does match its quality to sustain it.
From tenderloin lomo saltado to corvina (type of sea bass, drum fish) ceviche their menu has vast and rich items that truly inspire the Peruvian culture. Pablo’s and Rocio’s vision has been to create an elegant and elevated menu that stands above the common dining visit.
Now the flavor,
The fried fish was cooked to perfection
The steak(tenderloin) of the Loki saltado almost gives it a tone to savory sweetness that is so satisfying when tasting such a soft bite
The pulpo 🐙 was soft and tasty, we did had the the parrillero style
The causa sauces were so well made, it takes you back to Peru 🇵🇪
