We're kicking things off with live tunes from the incredible Henry Hood (1-4 PM), and Schnitz and Giggles will be serving up their mouthwatering German street food. Our friends at Winter Park Distilling are distilling 4 kegs of Stupider to make Pandemic Whiskey. Can’t wait to give this hop forward whiskey a try in the future! For now it’s going straight into charred oak barrels where the magic happens. Cheers y’all!

Welp. This is why we can't have nice things...
Per the Governor's Executive Order and the order of the DBPR, the Brewstillery is shutting its taproom doors immediately. All Brewstillery tours scheduled for this evening and weekend are cancelled. If you have a tour reservation, a member of our staff will contact you to discuss rescheduling once we are able to reopen. Whenever that may be. In the meantime, we are going back to our Phase 1 hours for contactless takeout with 32oz crowlers, our complete selection of craft spirits - and our own hand sanitizer and wipes. You can reserve all of these items in advance for contactless pickup on our online shop: www.thebrewstillery.com.

Phase 2 is here, and that means...GAME ON! Yes, you read that correctly: the Bear and Peacock taproom and the Winter Park Distilling Company tasting room are back online and ready to host our fans starting FRIDAY AFTERNOON. Due to ongoing curfew restrictions, our hours are adjusted just a little:

Friday: 4pm - 9:30pm
Saturday: Noon - 9:30pm
Sunday: Noon - 7:00pm
