Yesterday, I had the honor of playing in the Swing for Suzanne charity golf tournament at Country Club of Orlando, benefiting the Parkinson Association of Central Florida and presented by John Craig Clothier.

This cause means a lot to me and my family. My brother-in-law, Jimmy McNamara, bravely battled Parkinson’s, and his memory continues to inspire us to support organizations that raise awareness and fund research. We miss you, brother.

Grateful for the organizers, sponsors, and all the golfers who came together for such a meaningful day — and especially for the great friends who joined me on the course:

Seeking a well-established Microsoft Dynamics CRM System Administrator. Will support a cloud instance of Dynamics Service with about 300 users, but mostly an on-premises instance of Dynamics 365 (9.0) Sales serving about 1800 users across all segments of the company.

Job Duties:

Provide full back-end system administration of on-prem Dynamics CRM (365)
Support v7.0 (Product, pricing, order processing, integration) 150 users
Work with business functional users and executives to talk through new concepts
Typical administration tasks and day-to-day support.
Add Users/User support
Deploy solutions created by the development team
Support for Mobile devices
Debug failed transactions
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of Systems Admin experience
3-5 years Dynamics CRM
Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent experience (2-3 more years on the job)
Experience supporting Dynamic services
Experience supporting Dynamics Outlook App
Experience supporting Dynamics Mobile App
Current experience with the latest version of on-premise
Current experience with cloud-based SAAS deployments

Strongly Desired:

Ability to translate technical into layman terms
Strong understanding of IT Operational domains; such as, Networking, Windows NT, and Security

Required:
