𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼?
🍵
If you lost everything today—your audience, your business, your connections—and had to start all over again...
What would you do?
Most people won’t think about this question because it’s uncomfortable.
The idea of going back to zero is something we don't even want to consider.
But if you don’t have a clear answer, you don’t really understand what’s driving your success.
Many folks think success comes from luck. Being in the right place, at the right time.
Hitting the algorithm just right, capturing just the right audience.
But the truth is, there's a system to success.
And if I had to start from zero, I wouldn’t panic.
Because I know exactly what I’d do to rebuild.
And if you’re struggling to grow, feeling stuck, or thinking it’s “too late” for you, then you need this game plan too.
Most people waste time chasing quick hacks and viral moments.
They think AI can replace actual strategy.
They copy what’s working for others instead of doubling down on what makes them unique or different.
(This applies both to personal brands as well as businesses...
Entrepreneurs to nonprofit organizations-it's all the same.)
And that’s why they stay invisible, don't get funded, or don't land the deal.
If I had to start over, I wouldn’t do any of that.
Here’s what I would do:
𝟭) 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲.
Whom do I serve?
What problem do I solve?
What makes me different?
These questions are ground zero for how you build a business.
𝟮) 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁.
No fluff or boring ego-brags.
No generic AI-generated junk.
Real insights, real stories, real opinion from things I've learned.
𝟯) 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲.
Now that I know whom I serve, I’d engage daily, comment on key conversations, and make people notice me.
By following this process, I 10x'd my business with **less** than 1800 followers on LinkedIn.
You don’t need a big audience—you need the *right* people paying attention.
𝟰) 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗣.
Too many people wait until they feel “ready.”
I’d start selling ASAP, even if my offer was simple.
You can always build more.
𝟱) 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀.
No algorithm can stop someone who refuses to quit.
And if you're early and frequent with your message, you *will* become your customers' first choice before they're ever ready to buy.
Every business will eventually have an expiration date, but that doesn't mean you can't evolve it into something new.
Focus on the creative process, and you'll have a winning recipe for success.
