🚨 Restaurant/Event/Multi-purpose space in our building is up for rent! 🚨

The space is approximately 2500+ sq. ft. and consists of an open concept prep/cook area, bar, back kitchen, storage, dish room with commercial grade dishwasher, and much more. The event/multipurpose area is upstairs above the restaurant and can fit up to 70 people comfortably for gatherings, parties, etc.

$2,550/month. First, last, and security deposit due at signing. Utilities not included. Lease term negotiable, but we are looking for long term agreement.

Our building is located right on Main Street with high visibility, making it an ideal spot for your business. Perfect set-up for a restaurant, catering business, event center, venue, country store, mini mart, cozy grocery store with corporate offices, office space, and much more. The versatile layout of the space provides many opportunities!
