Unfortunately I wasnt made aware we were low on cash, in which I could have easily fixed. Like I said, we have some new BUT AMAZING employees! If you are the one who hearted this review, please message this page and let me know how we made you unhappy… But if you are just trolling reviews… did you see the 100 good ones? This WAS my fault for not training on that particular situation but whoever left the heart, its your fault for just plain ole being mean. I outta Clynk you! 🤣

Local shout out! I have to do these cause retail and general customer service is in the crapper all around us. MANCHESTER AROMAS crew is suuuper friendly, kind, efficient and accurate. The team consists of kids from all the area schools and they all smile, say thank you and act like they appreciate your business. In a world of many options, THIS is what keeps customers coming back!
