We are a top plowing company based out of Winthrop that cover surrounding areas from Monmouth to Gardiner.

We specialize in estates and complexes which require 24/7 site work that include plowing, shoveling and salting when conditions arise. We try and buy equipment that cuts down on labor work to make life easier for our employees.
We cover all sorts of plowing from private roads to parking lots and residential driveways.

We are looking for:

Plow operators for residential
And commercial lots. This includes running of trucks and small loaders.

Sidewalk crew for snowblowing and shoveling doorways.

Looking for seasoned operators but for the willing we will train.

Hours usually start 4-5 am for snow events.

Light maintenance will be required on your equipment.

In house benefits. Room to grow
Possible year round work.

Pay options flexible full time / part time. Pay varies on knowledge,skill, productivity, and responsibilities.
