Well had 2 half day trips this weekend First on was with Justin and his dad Darwin. We push from just above the Nekoosa boat landing all the way to the mouth of Petenwell. We marked fish everywhere we stop. The trick was getting them to bite. We tried plastics jig and minnow and crawlers. We managed to put a few pike in the boat along with some whitebass and drum. And today I had a trip with the winner of the prime water anglers trip I donated. We caught a mix bag of whitebass and drum and a couple smallmouth. Just glad to see kids out fishing and having fun.I still have dates available anyone looking to get out on the water. Well headed on on the river today they were very tight lipped I managed a few 1 on plastics and the others on dead stick. Caught all males today and none of them were milking yet. A few spots marked pods of 15 or more fish but would not bite on anything. I do have dates available if your looking for your next great adventure. Hi folks! I would like to give a huge shoutout Ryan Schoeffling of Get Jiggy With It Guide Service today I went to go fish the river and my starting battery took crap.
