Behind the scenes of a harm reduction vending machine before it ships out.

This unit is currently in the configuration and testing phase — dialing in product setup and making sure everything vends properly before delivery.

Not every slot is filled yet, as we’re actively:
• Testing different product fits
• Adjusting coil sizing
• Configuring the software and user flow

This particular machine is set up for free access to public health supplies like naloxone (Narcan), gloves, and other essentials.

Users will enter a ZIP code and answer a few quick prompts, allowing organizations to track usage while keeping access simple and anonymous.

These are commonly used by:
• Counties
• Public health organizations
• Community programs

Each machine is fully customized depending on the application — both in terms of products and software setup.

Just wrapped up this custom vending machine for Hope College 🎓

This machine was built to act as an extension of their bookstore — giving students access to everyday essentials even when the store is closed.

It’s stocked with a mix of:
• Earbuds
• Pens, pencils, highlighters
• Notebooks & blue books
• Scissors & school supplies
• Over-the-counter items (Tylenol, etc.)
• Snacks & gum

Everything is configured to vend properly, and the machine is set up to be fully cashless-ready.

This is a great example of how colleges are:
👉 Extending bookstore access
👉 Increasing convenience for students
👉 Creating an additional revenue stream
