The customer requested additional parking, removal of an unsightly area next to the home, and a solution to recurring drainage issues during rainstorms.

To address these concerns, we regraded the area to redirect water runoff and resolve the drainage problem. We then leveled the remaining space and installed compacted crushed stone and RAP (recycled asphalt product) to provide a cost-effective solution for additional parking.
