🔬 New Structure Release from Biortus Structural Biology Library
Protein: TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK-interacting kinase)
📈 Resolution: 2.70 Å
🧪 Method: X-ray Crystallography
Biortus is excited to announce the successful determination of the high-resolution crystal structure of TNIK at 2.70 Å.
TNIK is a key regulator of the Wnt/β-catenin and Hippo signaling pathways and has emerged as a promising therapeutic target in oncology and neurodegenerative disease research. The availability of this high-quality structure provides valuable insights for structure-based drug design (SBDD) and target-focused drug discovery. Based on the email draft, the structure was determined by X-ray crystallography at 2.70 Å resolution.
