Today we'd love to give a special shout-out to Carla and Ben, the wonderful hosts of **Hemlock House**, a charming short-term rental just outside Harbor Springs that we're honored to help maintain.

I'm very selective about the Airbnb properties we take on. Quick turnovers can make it difficult to provide the level of care every guest deserves, and not every host understands the importance of allowing enough time for a truly thorough cleaning.
