Strong foundations for Afghanistan’s future cardiac care begin beneath the surface.

Dynamic Vision Inc. is advancing geotechnical investigations for the proposed 100-Bed National Hospital for Heart Diseases in Kabul, financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) under the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Program (KAAP).

Our team is progressing with drilling, soil sampling, and subsurface investigations to provide the critical data needed for safe foundation design and detailed engineering.
Every investigation brings this important healthcare infrastructure one step closer to reality.

Dynamic Vision has received a new Task Order under its Long-Term Agreement with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) to conduct third-party monitoring of projects funded through the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund (AHF). The underlying LTA provides for independent monitoring of AHF-funded projects across Afghanistan.

The new assignment covers eight humanitarian projects across Parwan, Kabul, Takhar, Paktika, Kunar, Nangarhar, and Paktya, involving implementing partners working across critical humanitarian interventions.

Through independent field monitoring and beneficiary-level verification, our team will continue supporting accountability, transparency, evidence-based oversight, and effective delivery of humanitarian assistance to communities across Afghanistan.

We are pleased to announce that Dynamic Vision Inc. Joint Venture has been awarded a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) to provide multidisciplinary infrastructure consultancy services across the Asia-Pacific Region.

The framework supports UNOPS operations across Afghanistan, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Timor-Leste, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Island Countries, enabling the rapid mobilization of multidisciplinary expertise for infrastructure planning, engineering, design, technical advisory, construction supervision, environmental and social services, and sustainable infrastructure programmes. The LTA has an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years.

This award reflects the strength of our Joint Venture and our shared commitment to supporting UNOPS in delivering resilient infrastructure and advancing sustainable development across one of the world's most diverse regions.

Dynamic Vision Inc. (DV Inc.) is pleased to announce the award of a consulting contract by the World Bank, on behalf of the Adaptation Fund, to develop the Phase II (2026–2028) Readiness Proposal and Strategic Action Plan for the Community of Practice of Direct Access Entities (CPDAE), a global network of accredited national institutions working to expand access to international climate finance.

The assignment will support the next phase of a global initiative bringing together Direct Access Entities from Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, and Small Island Developing States to strengthen institutional capacity, accelerate climate project pipelines, enhance knowledge exchange, and improve access to financing from the Adaptation Fund and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

Working closely with the Adaptation Fund Secretariat, the CPDAE Committee, and international stakeholders, Dynamic Vision Inc. will lead the development of the strategic framework that will guide the network's next phase of growth, collaboration, and climate investment readiness.

This engagement reflects our continued commitment to supporting multilateral institutions in advancing climate resilience, institutional strengthening, and sustainable development through high-impact advisory services.

Dynamic Vision Inc. (DV Inc.) and its partners have been awarded a consultancy assignment financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) under the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Program (KAAP) for the preparation of the Master Plan, Project Document, and Detailed Designs of a proposed Cardiology Hospital in Afghanistan.

Cardiovascular diseases account for over 21% of deaths in Afghanistan. The country currently lacks a dedicated, internationally aligned tertiary cardiology referral center capable of delivering specialized cardiac care at scale.

Phase 1 delivers a clinical needs assessment, master plan, conceptual design, cost estimate, and bankable project documentation. Phase 2 produces detailed engineering designs and tender-ready construction documents.

This is not a study. This is an infrastructure systems intervention, executed in a fragile-state operating environment where institutional continuity, supply chain integrity, and design precision determine whether a hospital becomes operational or remains a blueprint.

DV Inc. is honored to support IsDB, KAAP, and the people of Afghanistan in transforming cardiovascular care from a critical gap into a national asset.

Dynamic Vision Inc. is pleased to have been selected by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group, to support the implementation of the “Diagnostic of Land/Security Registration Systems and Pilot Advisory Support in West & Central Africa” across Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, and Guinea.
The assignment supports the IFC-World Bank Group in assessing how mortgage and security registration systems impact financing transactions, collateral usability, refinancing, and private sector investment across key West & Central African markets.

The engagement includes:
• Comparative diagnostics of mortgage/security registration systems
• Process mapping and cost benchmarking
• Investment and lender impact analysis
• Stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors
• Development of cross-country heatmaps and pilot advisory interventions

The assignment contributes to IFC’s broader efforts to strengthen investment climate conditions, improve transaction efficiency, and support more effective secured lending systems within OHADA and WAEMU jurisdictions. This engagement further reinforces DV’s growing advisory footprint across Africa in:
