Celebrating 43 Years of Dedication, Leadership, and Friendship

After more than four decades with The Plastic Forming Company, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of Andrew Simpson, our longtime Production Supervisor and one of the most respected members of the PFC family.

Andrew's journey began in 1983 as a machine operator, and over the next 43 years he helped shape not only our manufacturing operations but also the careers of countless employees. His work ethic, positive attitude, famous smile, and commitment to helping others succeed have left a lasting mark on everyone who has had the privilege of working with him.

As PFC President John Womer shared, “ Andrew's impact on our people is truly immeasurable. His legacy lives on through the many employees he mentored, encouraged, and inspired throughout his remarkable career.”

Thank you, Andrew, for your dedication, friendship, and leadership. Congratulations on a well-earned retirement!
