You know what's hard? Knowing how to show up online.
Like, how do you talk to people you care about but really don't know.
How do you sound authentic but interesting so IG or FB will give you some love?
WTH picture goes up when?
Should I have multiple lines or one long paragraph.
Emojis or none?
Y"all...who the hell cares.
Oh, will IG hide me cause I said hell?
But really...the platforms are always changing the rules.
But people are still the ones on the platforms.
And marketing to people is still easy:
Hear them. Love them. Value them. Help them. Encourage them.

I'm debating about adding emojis :).

For real...how often do you celebrate your wins?

Honestly, I sont do it often enough. I finish something and immediately move to the next.

This is me saying...I will celebrate my accomplishments and my wins. I'll take time to enjoy the hard work.

Come on...join me! I know you don't celebrate often enough either.

Traditional Marketing = punching your client/customer in the face with your message. 🥊

Organic Marketing = inviting your client/customer to join you in a message THEY ALREADY want. 🙌

🙎‍♀️ Meet Janel. The Janel from ages and ages ago.
Before she grew her business to a powerhouse.
Before she took on her first marketing clients.
Before she even hit 10k on Facebook. Or Pinterest. Or heck, in monthly visitors.

If I could tell her ANYTHING that would help her it would be this...

✖️ Focus on what you are good at. Scale that.
✖️ Stay away from shiny things.
✖️ Keep it silly simple.
✖️ Look for the easy wins.
✖️ And find a great marketing strategist.

The Janel from now is SO GLAD I had to learn the hard way. I am glad for the knowledge I have even if it was earned the hard way.

Because nothing brings me greater joy than helping others and it is SO FULFILLING to use my knowledge in organic marketing to help others grow their businesses without crazy stress.

Organic Marketing is the ONLY thing you should be focusing on right now.
This isn’t to undercut the importance of traditional marketing.

Instead, the more natural your conversation is...the more believable it will be.
The more believable...the more loyal your clients will be.
The more loyal... the more word of mouth you'll get.

And we all know word of mouth is the king of marketing.

But HOW to get more natural conversation?

Folks...you NEED a good organic strategy, not more ads.
✔️It's not hard ( I can hear you freaking the freak out).
✔️ It doesn't require more work (in FACT, the right strategy should ELIMINATE work)
✔️ You'll use the strengths you already have.

Get going on that work, guys! Don't waste another day.

If you've spent time with me, I've talked about this before but I'm gonna say it again: YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT SIMPLE!

Bunch of "other" experts try to over-complicate organic strategy + make it sound like you need all kinds of "stuff". But here is the real deal...

YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY SHOULD BE SILLY SIMPLE.

If you are sick and tired of the ups and downs of social media, emails, blogging, and ALL the things you need to do to get your business out there- PM me. You need to get off the hamster wheel.

You owe yourself that. You owe your team that. And you owe your business that.

PM me...I'm the anti-expert "expert" you need.
